CloudFlare IP

This extension normalizes user IP addresses while your server is under CloudFlare proxy.
If you ever used https://www.cloudflare.com/ you would unfortunately suffer of the user IP being a certain range that comes from CloudFlare.
This can be an issue as you would not know the user real IP and could potentially ban the CloudFlare IP range leaving a bunch of users banned all together for example.
This extension fixes that problem
NOTE:
It requires phpBB 3.1.10 and up!
