Description: Provides the ability to enter a reason for moving a topic, the ability to display information about the move, and the ability to undo the move.
It is possible to lock topic on the move too.
It needs phpBB 3.2.2+, but it only fully works with 3.2.8 (without core edits, if you want to use below 3.2.8, ask me for the necessary edits)
