This extension will allow you to limit the count of messages and/or topics of an user per forum.
This can be useful if you wish to create a permission that would force the member to get VIP access to post more post/topic in the forum.
Of course these restrictions can be ignored via forum permissions.
This ext is the reverse of Post Count Requirement


This version is compatible with phpBB 3.2.0+
