I've converted the Import Messages MOD into a 3.2+ Extension.

Requirements: PHP 7.1+


Note:
If you want to have the users imported, please use this extension first: https://github.com/ForumHulp/Export-Import-Users
After importing the users, don't forget that you'll need to create manually the forum, with the same name as it is on the xml. (After 4 sales or if anyone support me the value of 4 sales I'll add the feature to create automatically the foruns)
After importing all the messages with this awesome extension I would recommend to run the bbcode parser, you can do it by CLI or use this extension: https://github.com/AlexSheer/phpBB3.2-STK
